Average Rating for 22 Inch to 29 Inch TVs

Great deal for the price paid!
This 24 inch model by LG has almost all of the same features as my large 60 inch LG. It's a great little TV, and quite a bargain. The one feature that's missing, and that I would have liked to have, is a head-phones output connection; so what you will need to do as a work around solution, is to connect the optical output connection from the TV to an external device that you will need to purchase separately, which will then convert from optical to an output that you can use to connect your head-phones.

    Surprisingly delightful!
I needed a TV for my kitchen. So, having rather good past experiences with LG products, I decided to purchase this model. The price was right, and this was the largest available TV that will fit in my space. I was really surprised at the performance of this TV, especially given that it was released in 2014. Being a sound buff, my favorite feature is how this TV adjusts the sound it projects based on your particular setup (wall-mounted? standalone?, etc.). My only complain is that the "smart" ... read more features are limited -- but I knew that prior to purchasing this TV.

    Great Small Smart TV !
All the VOD apps you would want are available on this model. Navigation for VOD apps is easy. WiFi set-up was a breeze and works flawlessly. Remote control is well laid-out and logical. This model uses an Innolux S-MVA panel. (Yes, folks, this is NOT an LG IPS panel). There is a bit of "noise" or smearing of black areas under certain image conditions, but is not distracting (Over-the-air (OTA) signals are cleaner than cable signals in this regard). I understand this is a characteristic of ... read more the Innolux panel, not a defect in the TV itself. Otherwise, the image is excellent. As usual, LG provides a myriad of picture adjustment controls, almost mind-boggling, and typically only found on high-end models. The OTA tuner received all digital channels (172 program streams!) in the Los Angeles broadcast market with a rooftop antenna. A great secondary TV for the kitchen or bedroom. My only lament is that no one is providing S-Video inputs anymore, even in these smaller sets. Yet, they retain those good old RCA ones dating back to the 70's (?). A pity.

    Solid Value with Great Picture
I purchased this TV for my home office. It sits at the end of my desk so that I can keep up with daily news and related programing while I am working away. The picture on this TV is excellent. I feel that I scored a big win with the purchase of this TV. Oh! the stand works well in my situation as well. Oval base vs legs. The speaker(s) are really good as well. I am very happy with my new LG. I would happily purchse this TV again.

    Lots of features
Bought for my bedroom. It virtually set itself up with my Direct TV and makes it easy to use PC or Amazon Firestick.

Overall a great TV, and value for my purposes.
I was looking at 24 inch TVs to upgrade from my 19 inch kitchen TV, and I saw this 28 inch TV from LG. I measured the space that I had for it, and realized that it would not be too big for the space I had. I read some of the reviews on the TV, and decided at the price it was being offered at I could not go wrong. It set up easily, and the default settings produced a great picture. I did not find any of the cons about the TV that I read in reviews to be true, and I am thoroughly happy with the ... read more purchase. It’s my first LG TV and probably won’t be my last.

    Perfect for my application
I bough this TV for use in my camper, I had limited space and a 28" was as large as I could install. It has a really nice image, better than I expected and the sound/volume is more than adequate for use in a 29' camper. The controls are easy to use and the TV was easy to set up which is nice because I unplug it between uses. Also, every campground that has cable has a different provider so it has to be reconfigured every time I use it.

    Very Happy with this TV
This is the first TV I bought in many years ( my very old, big heavy TV finally gave out). Now that I have had this TV for about 2 weeks I can honestly say I made the right choice. For me the size is just right, the colors on the programs I watch are great and the sound is good too ( I have to get used to the sound coming from the back of the TV instead of from the front). It is a very simple TV with very few bells and whistles which is fine for me since I get along fine without cable or other ... read more such stuff (in otherwords I have cut the cord). As I said before I am very happy with this TV.

    Great TV
We bought this to replace a much older TV in the workout room. My husband is having medical issues so I needed to bring the TV in the house, open the box, bring it upstairs & put it on a hanging shelf. It's extremely light & easy to handle. Setting it up, i.e. scanning the stations was a breeze & totally automatic. I am very pleased with the price, the light weight & the ease of set-up. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a smaller screen.

    Nice picture
We bought this to replace our very old kitchen tv and it works very well. We use the firestick instead of satellite or cable and we have an excellent picture

    Great price and features
Bought this TV on Amazon a week ago to replace our 10 year old Vizio kitchen TV. It’s the perfect size for our kitchen; light and easy to move around; uncomplicated to set up and connect to our Comcast cable; sharp and clear pictures like our new 65 inch OLED family room TV; nice addition to our LG family TVs. Son works in the Silicon Valley’s High tech industry and said ‘great choice’ and loves it to replace our very old tv. It’s a great TV to watch from while eating and bonding with family and ... read more friends who visit us. The price is great from Amazon and it shipped quickly. Family lives this new LG addition.

    Just Perfect
We needed a small tv to wheel between our dining room and living room and this LG fit our situation perfectly. Just as important as the size the picture quality is great and the sound for such a relatively small set quite adequate and pleasant.

    Pickie pickie pickie
Mostly I like this LED TV. It sure beats my old boat anchor CRT in many ways. Liter in weight, clearer picture and less power consumption. What I do find irritating is the gloss black screen frame. It reflects several light sources external to the TV.

Great small TV, but No Audio outputs.
This is our second LG TV. The first is a 50 " which is 6 yrs old, this second is a 28" for the bedroom. Love them both, but absolutely NO audio outputs on either.

Great TV but I Expected More
The sales associate at Best Buy said I could use the TV to browse the internet with it, which would have been great since the TV was for my kitchen and it would have been great to search recipes instead of using my tablet. I see the Screen Share option but can find NO instructions anywhere to figure out how this works. So for now it's just a TV in my kitchen. I have the TV mounted on the wall but the adapter cable is too short to an outlet and I cannot use an extension cord because I don't ... read more want to see the cords which are neatly tucked under my cabinet. LG doesn't offer another power supply and I have to buy on from a third party distributor.

    Smart tv
I got this for Mother's Day. I wanted one for my bedroom that I didn't have to connect to dish or cable. I wanted to be able to connect to my movie/tv services through my online subscriptions. You can do this on the LG TV ONLY the few they have loaded already on the tv. I was trying to load STARS and Pureflix but it is not possible. Smart TV not so smart.

    Very nice TV
I bought this TV a month ago. It has a wonderful picture. I wanted a smart tv to see all the features that are on the internet. I just wish that I could get LG Channel Plus. But I guess you have to have a 4G tv, Kind of a bummer.
