    Ohh the bright blue
Only used a short time but so far working great. Nice features, wife likes the musical tones, Black Stainless, matches our LG Micro Wave & LG 4 door fridge. Not sure why the eye popping blue was a LG decision for inside oven color? Please note that that BLUE color does show in the spaces between the oven doors & upper door & control panel when doors are closed. Why? I did place a black trim piece from my previous unit that seems to work. Black high temp paint is another suggestion. This was not ... read more noticeable when ordering on line since place of purchase did not have it in stock.

There are some minor changes I would make
Ths is an excellent oven and a value for the price. However, that being said, there are a couple minor changes I would make. The top and bottom of the oven have no flange extending over the edge of the opening. This makes for a slightly unfinished look. It appears to be a vent that needs to remain open, so logically, LG should supply a small L shaped cover that could be applied to finish off the opening and cover any tiny spaces (My opening had a 1/8" taller opening, which is probably needed ... read more to fit the oven in the hole) Also, after a few months I tried the self-cleaning function. It has appeared to damage a controller unit inside the oven that controls the upper and lower inside light. This controller needs to be more robust so this doesn't happen, as removing the oven from the hole is a big deal because it weighs 275 lbs.

    My work horse!!!
I've had my double ovens for almost a year and I use them everyday! I live on a ranch in Wyoming so I feed large groups of people frequently. The capacity is wonderful, the racks move easily and the bright speckled interior was a bright surprise. The only reason I gave it a four star instead of a five is the cleaning feature. I've used it three times - the first time it was great. There were still some places that it didn't clean all the way but not bad at all. The second time - it didn't do as ... read more well but again I finished cleaning it myself. The third time - it blew the thermal protection fuse in the back and I had to order the part, do without my ovens for two weeks waiting for the part to come in, and then pull that big beast out of the wall to replace the fuse. We live in a very rural area and after calling LG to report the problem they informed me that they didn't have a service person in our area and that they would get back to me in 5 - 7 days. I knew I couldn't wait so luckily there was information online. Anyway, I love my ovens but won't be using the cleaning feature again.

    Need real cooking examples.
Just installed but confused on how to use the upper convection oven. The manual say to not use metal or stone cookware but the below photo off the LG site shows bread being baked in what looks like a metal loaf pan. What kind of cookware should be use for convection, broil, or speed cook? Also, the silver rack for the upper oven says "to be used in the center clip position only." There is no mention of "center clip"in the owner's manual. What is it? When baking cookies or biscuits in the ... read more upper oven (using convection), do we put the cookies and biscuits directly on the round metal tray (like a cookie sheet)? Should it be elevated on the stand? Can we use a different platter? Again, we could use some real life examples on how to use the oven's many features. The examples should be specific to the upper or lower oven and include options and suggestions for cookware to use (pictures would be nice, too): * Convection Bake * Broil * Speed Cook * Speed Broil * Auto Cook Thanks

LG wi-fi Enabled Combination Double Oven
I have recieved an installed my LG Smart wi-fi Enabled Combination Double Wall Oven. It is a beautiful oven and has so many cool features. I used it to bake muffins and biscuits and it has plenty of room to bake more than one item at a time. I love that the oven can be locked so my little one cant open it while it is hot and burn himself. It has so many features that I need to try out that I will be baking my heart out. The steam drawer is definitely a bonus for baking breads and steaming ... read more veggies. This is an amazing wall oven and I am very happy with it. The only downside is that it is much bigger than my older oven but we were able to cut my cabinets to fit it perfectly in place. I would definitely recommend this oven to anyone. I am still working on linking the oven to my smart phone and I am sure it will be even better. Also having a microwave and convection oven is a bonus so I could free up some counter space. In all this is an amazing oven and I love it.

great features, flexible usage, but not perfect.
First of all, the pro's. It is a great looking. nothing crazy, but is timeless. The screen and controls are laid out pretty good, and mostly laid out in user friendly. could be better. Cleaning is supper easy. It has great flexibility. on top is microwave, convection oven, and broil. on bottom conventional oven, convection oven, broil, steam, and more. The Wifi is quite nice, being able to change temps, remote start, change volume, tells you when its preheated, tells you when its done, and ... read more more. No the cons. When you use the microwave, you first have to hit microwave, then enter time (if you hit the wrong time, you have to hit clear upper and start over) then start. When its done, you have to hit clear upper, or it will keep beeping (annoying). not a deal breaker, but that why i gave it 4 stars. App and not remote start the oven unless you remember you turn on Remote start on the oven. You really cant do anything with the upper oven / microwave. but really the having to hit microwave first is my biggest upset. Oh, it was expensive, not as expensive as some but.. it was on sale for black Friday so that helped. So far it bakes and microwaves great. it pretty quiet, it does have a fan noise when using the convection or microwave, but its not that bad. and i would like them to come out with more features of the apps.
