    Great Features plenty of room!
We love the fridge! The quick access door, and the refrigerators capacity!

Love the door in door feature
We have had our refrigerator about 3 weeks. We like the view door in door feature. It makes getting those tasty beverages quick and easy The refrigerator fits quite a bit, even the counter depth that we purchased. Still getting used to the freezer on the bottom. Our water dispenser is reallllly slow. According to LG it should take 3 to 8 seconds to fill a 7 oz cup. Ours is currently taking more than 30 seconds. We have someone coming to see if the installer screwed up. I hope so, because ... read more otherwise that is a useless feature. If the water dispenser gets fixed, then I’d give it 5 stars

    Excellent features!
Our side by side GE frig needed replacing and after reading consumer reviews and shopping various refrigerators over several months, we bought the counter depth LG. The ease of opening the freezer is much appreciated by my lower back! The door in a door is a feature we enjoy to grab those items we use most often. Also, having 2 ice makers is a plus. We are very happy with our new LG. LIFE IS GOOD!

Great Refrigerator with nice features we love
This is an energy star refrigerator and freezer and love the amount of extra ice it provides. Love the door in door that is sooo handy and is a cost saver from opening the door letting out all the cooling. It also has the ability to set times when your electric company has peak times to keep costs down by not allowing the defrost mode at that time. Its inverter style compressor is the state of the art way to save on electric and expect this frig to last a long time. If I would add or wish ... read more this frig had as an option would be cameras inside the frig to view with the wifi capability

    Great addition to our kitchen!
We've had this for three weeks now - decided to try the door-in-door French door with bottom freezer. Really like everything about it so far. The door in door is convenient for keeping high-use foods together. The way the doors open so wide makes it a lot easier to see what's inside and to store things more neatly. I think the second icemaker is a real bonus - not something I'd use frequently, but it might save trips to buy bags of ice when I need to fill a cooler or host a party!

    Love it!!
Love this new LG refrigerator! My old one was still running but not that great. And no space. This LG has so much storage room and we love the dual ice makers. It’s so quiet ! And the doors don’t even make a sound when u shut them like at night when u r in it getting a nighttime snack too b quiet! Very pleased!

    Very nice fridge
When you get to 30cu ft, the options narrow. Given a choice, I would have gone without door in door or wifi. After some use, I'm getting used to the door in door, knowing it saves some energy is cool. And, I'm sure the wifi stuff added next to nothing to the price. Double ice is nice. Wish some of the door shelves were wider - ex. on the ice maker side, only one shelf can hold water bottles.

    Love this fridge
Bought this 4 days before Christmas, it is the perfect size and love the outer door that opens for beverages. We did a lot of research with other brands and found this on a perfect fit for our needs.

    Pros and Cons
My new refrigerator arrived a few hours ago. Its gorgeous and large. Overall its fantastic refrigerator. First the pros: 1. The vegetable and fruit bins are a good size. 2. The three freezer drawers and the divider are helpful to organize meats and packaged goods. 3. Spacious Cons - this really should be labeled issues I have. Although there are a number of things, that I find disconcerting, overall I like the refrigerator. Most of what I write below are based on personal ... read more preferences. I believe others might benefit from knowing my perceived drawbacks. 1. The top French doors do not open completely. Instead of opening wide and flat, they open at an angle. 2. The majority of the left door bins are too small to be useful. I have 15 items left, that I could not fit on the door, which had fit on the door of my previous refrigerator. The left door does not accommodate round items - not even a jam jar. The depth is about 2 inches. There are four bins. The narrowness limits their usefulness. The smallest bin is under the third bin and can hardly be seen, It is so tiny, I don't know what it is made to hold. It only fits small bottles about the size of eye drops. There are only two bins on the right side to accommodate larger items and this is not enough. 3. In the past, I have used the deli drawer as a dairy drawer. I had organizers in this drawer so I could line up packaged cheese slices on their sides and easily flip through to find the cheese I wanted. This deli drawer is not tall enough to allow that. I could barely fit my organizer in and had to lay the cheeses flat, thus loosing space. The deli drawer accommodates individual yogurts, but you cannot stack the yogurts. It does not accommodate 16 ounce cottage cheeses or sour cream. My previous refrigerator allowed for 32 ounce yogurts to be laid on their side. The LG does not allow this. Simply put, I would like a deli drawer to be tall enough to fit a 16 ounce container. I now need to use 3/4 of a shelf for items that were previously in the deli drawer. 3. Personally, I do not need two ice makers. I know many people like this feature, but I'd rather have full size bins on the left door. LG - if you are reading this - why don't you make the second ice maker or large door bins an option one can choose? 4. A great concept is the flip up shelf. However, I make many soups in large stock pots and they do not fit in the space. In order to accommodate a stock pot, I have to remove a shelf from the refrigerator. It would be nice if the entire shelf retracted. 4. Only LG and one other company make refrigerators above 26 cubic feet. I spent over 4 days researching refrigerators and visiting multiple stores. Most refrigerators are taller then previous generations. of refrigerators. LG is no exception so I found myself without a choice of large size refrigerators without making changes in my kitchen. My cabinets hung an 1/8th of an inch too low. We had planned on removing the hinge covers from the refrigerator, but this cannot be done because the covers also protect wires. My cabinets can't be altered. So my choicer is to let the refrigerator stick out a foot or sand down my wooden floor. I am sanding it down. I knew when I bought the refrigerator that this might be an issue. I am mentioning this so others are aware. 5.. Lastly, this is a personal preference issue and a general one. LG, I wish you made a large refrigerator without all the bells and whistles. I know many people like all the extras. However, there are also many of us that rather have the space. I don't need a door in door, a computer, two ice makers or even water on the outside door. These are things that break and infringe on space. I simply want a refrigerator to be a refrigerator and serve my needs. My last refrigerator had water when you opened the door and ice only in the freezer which didn't take up any space. Because of all these extras the usable space in this refrigerator (and most others) is cut down tremendously. I cook mostly from scratch and want a practical refrigerator with as much usable space as possible. Many of my friends feel the same - usable space is what is most crucial. That being said, I believe this refrigerator still has the most useable space of all available refrigerator from mainstream manufacturers.

Fridge looks good and very roomy
We received the fridge about three weeks ago - looks good and organizes food wonderfully. We had an immediate issue with the door in door magnet, but LG sent repairman right out and we will be getting replacement for that part. All good

    Great Product
My wife loves her LG refrigerator. We replaced our over 10 years old LG refrigerator. Never had any problems with it over the years. That is the reason we got another LG refrigerator. Simple as that...

I bought this a Lowe's in Pensacola, FL. It was a special deal with big discount and I had to rent a Uhaul truck to pick up the refrigerator. Had two guys help me to remove the old LG fridge and installed this new one. The new one is a little bigger than standard size which made it harder to move through standard size doors. I had to remove the handles and doors to get it in the kitchen space. Once in place and installed the refrigerator runs beautifully We enjoyed looking at this new ... read more wide double doors see-through refrigerator. It runs more quietly and more spaceous than our old one. Recommend it, if your house have wide doors.

    Great features!
Glad we chose this refrigerator over the competitors. It is build extremely well and we have had absolutely zero problems with it. Extremely pleased we went with the LG products. I must also thank the LG customer support team for answering all of my questions with my numerous phone calls regarding this product. They went above and beyond in resolving concerns and were pleasant to deal with.

    Awesome Refrigerator!
Where do I start? This is a very high quality, beautifully engineered refrigerator. Stainless inside and out, six drawers in the freezer instead of one big bucket so nothing gets lost in the bottom. The water/ice dispenser is high tech yet uncomplicated. This is a streamlined fridge; classy but sensibly designed. We’ll be purchasing more from this company in the future!

The refrigerator is super. Works very well. BUT I was told when I purchased it that the wifi would connect with my iPhone. After several very long phone calls and a service call it still does not work. Very frustrating for an item so expensive.

All I Could Want and More
We'very had the refrigerator for a few weeks now and absolutely love it starting with the ice and water. I like crushed ice and my husband likes cubes. Switching ice types doesn't put any of the prior selection into your glass. The filtered water tastes like the spring water I used to buy. The bins are great for organizing in both the cold and freeze sections and I like the way they lift out for cleaning. The freezer bins are large enough to hold a large turkey and, because they pull out, ... read more nothing is getting lost in the back. There is no wasted space. The quick through the door access section works great for grabbing items we use daily. My only complaints are the deli drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator section. You need to open both doors to access it. That should be 2 separate drawers like the rest of the refrigerator; and, the manual should have a larger font. Bottom line, every day, I say 'I love that refrigerator '.

great refrigerator. Quality inside and out
We received this a few weeks ago. I love the stainless interior which is easy to keep clean and great against bacteria. The doors are sturdy and the interior lights make the inside bright and clean looking. There is no spot inside which seems to be colder then the other and finally, the water tastes great from the new filter.

    Lots of shelf room
I have had this unit for two weeks. Great refrigerator except for a few short comings. You only have one shelf for tall items and it’s the one behind the glass door. That shelf is for items you use everyday, not for storage of tall items. They need one of their shelves to adjust half way and slide under to allow tall bottles to be stored. The other problem is they put the ice maker and water filter in the left side refrigerator door. The three shelves their are so narrow most items won’t fit. ... read more They only can hole very narrow bottles. Also the top shelf behind the glass door is set so high you can’t put anything bidder than a can of soda. Shelf should be adjustable. Freezer section is excellent. Well designed and latex out. The automatic shelves that come out make it so easy to find items you are looking for. This is a BIG refrigerator. Measuring the space in the kitchen for it is one thing. Trying to get it through the front door is next to impossible unless your delivery people are very patient and resourceful. After you take the doors off to try to get it in you have two 4 inch big hinges sticking out of the refrigerator that we’re holding the door. The manual talks about removing the doors but dorsn’t talk about the hinges. These have to be removed or you gain nothing by removing the doors. Great if you have a double door entry. No problem getting it in. We like the looks of the refrigerator. No one had it in stock to look at, so we had to decide to get it by looking at pictures.
