    Very pleased with LG dryer!
We’ve had this dryer (gas version) for about one month and have been very pleased with it. Our old dryer would always leave the clothes wrinkled regardless of what settings we used, but the LG does a superb job of drying the clothes without leaving wrinkles. It’s a fairly quiet machine and plays a pleasant tune when the cycle is done. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a drum light.

    Great Features
We bought an LG washer because our old one was going out. What we didn'r realize is that the old one never really cleaned our clothes. Once we got the washer we imediately went out and bought the dryer. No use having one prime washer without a dryer to match. We were not used to buying appliances that cost that much but after using yours I think we'd pay more for those results. We have clean clothes for the first time in 11 years and a dryer that dries in onecycle.

    Welcome to the 2020s
We moved to California from Hong Kong 30 years ago, and soon bought a house and fitted it out with new appliances. In those days Sears was the king. Our washer and dryer were a matched pair, which did sterling service...but...when they died of old age, we consulted Consumer Reports who recommended LG as the Best Buys in the price range we sought. We have been loyal in recent years to our local Warehouse Discount Center, and when we shopped there we found the LG pair we wanted at really sharp ... read more prices, so we bought, and are not disappointed. Our LGs are quieter, more efficient and more stylish than their predecessors. A win-win-win for us.

    Great value, great quality/
I bought this dryer after researching several other brands, and LG stood out as the best. I have not been disappointed in my purchase. It is extremely quiet. It has a lot of features that allow me to select the best drying option for my clothes. I dry 8 to 12 loads a week. The only downside might be the display which is all black and sometimes a bit difficult to see the options.

    Consistent Reliability
I previously had a LG gas dryer for 13 years which was still working when we replaced the washer/dryer set with a new set. I never had any problems with the old model and this one is working well so far. The built-in sensor ensures that clothes are dry when the cycle is done. I have dried a wide range of clothes, including towels, bedsheets, permanent press shirts, whites, etc., and they have all come out well.

    Nice style, features and performance.
Our previous Whirlpool gas dryer stopped working and we had to replace it. I've used LG for my refridge and TV's, so like the brand. The dryer size was just right except the pedestal a little small compared to Whirlpool's. Also there is no pedestal shelf to put our laundry basket on like Whirlpool has. Wifi is a little difficult to work with and not very stable. Overall is better than our old Whirlpool, but still has room for improvement.

    The results are fantastic!
I have used my new LG dryer several times and am finding that it dries in about half the time as my old dryer, plus the clothes come out looking great.

I bought this Dryer a few weeks ago and it's one of the best bye I've ever done. I love Sensor-Dry feature because automatically adjust the time and temperature if the clothes still moist.

We installed our propane gas dryer in mid-November after converting it to propane/LPG from natural gas (as configured from the factory). We discussed back and forth on whether to switch to an electric dryer or stay with propane. Our utility room only has a propane dryer connection so we would have had to hire an electrician to install a 220V electrical outlet. It was less for the gas to propane conversion than to have a 220V electrical outlet installed. So, propane we went. We are very ... read more pleased with the LG propane dryer. Our previous washer/dryer set had a small capacity, but our new LG washer/dryer set easily handles large bedding articles and bulky clothing items. In addition, we have 2 sons that continue to bring their clothes home to launder. The LG set gets clothes cleaner, dries clothes better, and is definitely more energy-efficient. Our only complaint is that NOTHING is provided by LG to assist in either the propane conversion or the gas installation process (unlike the propane conversion kit that LG includes with their gas stoves). Be forewarned: you must buy a LPG converter orifice to replace the existing NG orifice that is installed the dryer if you want to use this dryer with propane fuel. You must also purchase a 3/8” NPT female-to-3/8” male flared brass fitting to install from the gas pipe on the back of the dryer to the LPG gas connector hose. The gas hose also does not come with the dryer, so you will also need to purchase this (with 3/8” fittings and ?” hose). Finally, you need some good thread sealant/pipe dope for all the threaded connections (do NOT used Teflon tape). NONE of these required products come with the dryer. After we bought it all and had the LPG orifice installed by a local appliance store, it came out to about $150 (even though we installed this dryer ourselves at home). Add this to the additional $100 that the dryer cost over LG’s electric model, it still came out barely cheaper than the $300 we would have had to spend to install a new 220V electrical outlet. All in all, we are very happy with our LG gas dryer (and washer) and would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone considering it for purchase.

Great features and it is Gas!
I bought this gas dryer a month ago and I am so happy that I did. It does not match my washer but I don’t care. I wanted a gas dryer and this model does everything and with a large capacity.

    So far so good
We bought this dryer about a month ago. We had to buy a conversion kit to switch it work with gas. It works well so far but there is definitely a noise that we hear since converting it to gas. We were told it would subside once the machine was used more than five times but it has not subsided after a month+ of use.

    So far, so good!
I purchased this high efficiency gas dryer because the one I had was over 13 years old and made such a racket I couldn't hear myself think!! This new LG is so quiet that I can leave the laundry room door open when it is running! With multiple options for drying, I am thrilled to add it to my family of LG appliances. I now own a washer (purchased with the dryer) Oven/range, "door in the door refrigerator", microwave and of course, the dryer! I am very pleased!!

Everything One Could Want And Then Some
I have only used the dryer for 3 weeks now. I have only used the normal and bedding sections thus far. To be honest I will probably not use all the different cycles that are offered but they are there. Clothes dry much faster in this dryer compared to my old one. I am pleasantly surprised just how well this dryer works. It is really quiet too. The light inside the drum for me is a big plus. I look forward to the energy savings as well. This dryer gets my highest recommendation!!!!!!!

    Lg sensor Dry Dryer
This dryer is unbelievably amazing. I’ve never had a dryer with steam cycle and this dryer has that and more. It’s steam fresh setting is just. Put a blouse or shirt that has wrinkles or you just want to freshen up and within a few minutes it looks new. I kid you not. It’s a smart technology dryer and tells you on your smart phone when your load is dry. It has so many useful settings like reducing static and energy saving. It’s so beautiful to look at side by side with the matching washer. It ... read more drys bedding like quilts and comforters. This dryer does it all. I highly recommend this dryer.

    Absolutely Happy...
It took me a month and a half of research to find the best washer and dryer built and even though it will always be subjective I believe the LG 3900 Model is it. My clothes are noticeably cleaner and smell wonderful, the dryer gets the clothes dry and wrinkle free the first cycle, the clothes are dry very quickly, my Apple Watch tells me when the washer or dryer have finished a load.. Anyway I'm very happy with my choice and I would give my LG's 6 stars if I could..

So far, the best washer/dryer I've owned!
Really like the features on this dryer (and the matching washer), especially the dual operation of the door, opens both hamper style and to the side, wi-fi which notifies my cell when the load is done, wrinkle prevention option which spins the dryer periodically after the cycle in case you can't get to it right away...really like that, as I use at-home dry cleaning a lot and ordinarily if you don't take silk out right away, it wrinkles badly. The build quality seems really solid. I do a lot of ... read more large loads of thick bath size towels for my business 2-3x per week, the capacity is awesome and it dries perfectly on default settings in about an hour: I believe the very few reviews I read about LG dryers in general having issues with not drying properly were most likely venting issues, which are critical for any dryer to perform properly. The only question will be their longevity, which only time will tell. (I got over 15 years from my Maytags before the dryer stopped performing)

    Excellent Gas Dryer
We bought this LG dryer to replace an older model Kenmore that we had owned for upwards of 20 years. Going from that older model to this model is like indescribable. Love the various settings and the fact that dryer door opens 2 ways-which is great for our small laundry room. We purchased this dryer with a matching LG top loader washer. While we have had no issues with the Dryer, we recently started having a power issue with the washer. However, LG support has been great, we have a part ... read more ordered and hopefully that issue gets rectified soon.

After years of using dryers from competitors And always being unhappy. I decided to purchase the LG dryer and I will never look back. Excellent quality and value.
