    Great video quality
I love this phone it is great for concerts as the sound quality pics up the actual concert sound rather than super bassy sound that you can’t understand. This is my go to phone for concerts!!! But selfies on the other hand don’t like how they have changed the camera to make it like you have a selfie stick!!! Even in a different setting selfies just look weirder than other phone models but this issue is on almost every phone now a days it’s not just this phone. Great quality phone with awesome ... read more features!!! I would recommend this phone for concert goers.

    Overall a Great Durable Phone
I bought 3 of these V30 phones for my business. One of them has acted up starting the first 3-4 months. Verizon was able to figure out the issues for a while but in the 13th month the problematic phone started getting hot. We chose the LG because of the 2 year warranty, but we failed to note in the fine print it had to be registered with 90 days of purchase. So now its out of the 1 year warranty by less than a month and the 2nd year warranty never existed. When we called LG about this, they ... read more were no help at all.

It is a good phone overall.
This is a phone that I bought last year. Till today, it still hold up nicely. Battery life is great. Phone is fast. The two things that I am not so satisfied with are 1. ocassional hiccup of CPU, and 2. Screen appears green when viewing from side. Overall, it is still worth buying even for today.

    Great display, okay battery life
I upgraded from the v20 to G8 and my first impressions were: the display looks awesome - vivid and colorful, but the phone itself looks small. Although the G8 is supposed to have a bigger screen than the v20, the size of the phone is smaller. It hasn't been long since I got the phone so haven't been able to play around with most of the features or the camera yet, but there are some weird quirks with my phone, at least. Especially when making a call, calls seem to end randomly when I minimize my ... read more call window (happened with whatsapp and regular calls). Other than that, I don't have much complaints and the phone is really smooth and fast. I got this on sprint so the price isn't that bad either. All in all, another great phone from LG and the second year warranty is and added bonus.

    New G8 ThinQ Upgrade
My wife and I purchased our new G8's as and upgrade from the G5. We have been using LG phones ever since we made the leap from flip phones several years ago. (the G8 being the 4th upgrade) This new series is amazing. They are fast, responsive, full featured with plenty of memory, and with LG's second year promise we feel secure that our phones will go the distance.

Lots to love about this phone
This phone has an absolutely beautiful display. The sounds (voice, music, etc.) are crisp and clear. After disabling the Google Assistant, I can go 2-3 days without charging the phone, which is awesome because I use the phone for both personal and work. Mostly, I love that the phone did not come with a lot of needless apps already installed. The user interface is easy to pick up. My previous phone was from HTC, and I found the transition to this LG phone was easy, simple, and didn't require ... read more a lot of "personal retraining" to become accustomed to the LG layouts. Bravo LG on a well done design!

Can't root, great for Vanilla User
I've had awhile now to use this phone and it's a noticable upgrade from my old LGG3. I am reviewing the Sprint Model LGG710PM though and as far as Ive read (quite a bit of forum readings) it is not readily rootable which is a key feature for me. The performance is amazing but I still was rather unimpressed with the pretty massive amount of bloatware installed in this phone that really doesn't need to be using system resources, really limiting the true power of this device. But if you don't ... read more care about benchmarks and just want a rather decent phone regardless, this one is good. The camera takes amazing shots, the low light feature is CRAZY how amazingly light it records in a dark space. It's got an eight core snapdragon processor, making multi tasking/apping and window in window features run amazingly smooth. The graphics on MOST any game can run on max settings (Besides Black Desert Mobile currently where it's only hitting high in the graphics category instead of Max). I mean, I'm probably going to be using this phone the next 3 years so my score will go up when the eventuality of Sprint releasing the Boot Loader for this comes out. Once I can have full access to the power of MY device I paid for I would definitely give you guys a 10 out of 5 stars because this phone would be 200% of what I want out of a pocket companion.

    Back to Happy!
Several years ago I owned a LG 4 and loved it. When it came time to upgrade, my wife and two kids decided to go with Samsung phones. I ended up with a Galaxy S8+. While the phone was reliable, there were little things that were different from what I was used to with the LG 4. All was well until we were able to pay off the phone, after 2 years of monthly payments... All of a sudden, the phone wouldn't accept a charge and finally decided it was completely dead. I was totally unable to retrieve ... read more ANY data off of it. MY GALAXY S8+ WAS A BRICK!! It was time to go back to happy so I bought the LG G7 ThinQ and couldn't be happier!! It's been a week and boy, things are peachy now. It's taking a little getting used to (going back to an LG phone) but I AM HAPPY! Thank you! Tom WC

    Great phone. Great value
I got this phone about 2 months ago. And after this time. I like this phone a lot. Light. Screen is above average. Volume super loud, compared to most. Love the headphone connection. A plus.. Now the negatives.. Better life makes me feel wanting a lot more. And I use my own sms app. But it is always freezing and have to reboot my phone at least 2 time a week for this app (mood) to respond

LG - V40 ThinQ - Aurora Black (Sprint)
The phone is great :-) upgrate from LG g6 :-) I really like LG, they have good products :-) as I said, a great phone but not perfect :-( fingerprint button / scaner has no option to turn off the phone as in g6, g4 and and other models (it it was very useful) now there is a button :-( but it is in the wrong place) :-( when you press the button 90% of the time you accidentally press the google assistance button or the volume, which are on the opposite side of the phone, and instead the goggle ... read more assistance button could add shutter button for camera :-)

    Very easy to use!
I bought this model only because I was in desperate need of a new phone! I'm a longtime user of LG smartphones and I think one other flip phone from years ago. I love all things LG but have only been a cellphone purchaser. I love this phone! It's fast and extremely easy to use! You kept a lot of the same features as the LG G series, for which I have had three different types G3, G4, and G5. But this V40 series is awesome. I had read some reviews about the V series phones and they weren't all ... read more that impressive but I read one on the V40 and I was excited about it. So thank you for making another solid phone for me!

    Excellent durable smartphone
Bought this in nov and using it for 1 month now. Excellent performance so far even after loading 70 + apps and sd card. Data transfer and retrieval from sd card is quite smooth. The best thing is durability of this device. Loved the IP68 dust water resistance and shock resistance feature. Also the qualcomm sdm845 processor performance is commendable. The smartphone has good range of features starting basic like fm radio, earphone jack to wireless charging. Radio frequncy specteum is also very ... read more nice with gsm and cdma coverages. However i miss the blink led feature , huge battery. Wish this phone had 4000mAh battery. Android pie runs very smooth but there is no in-built dark theme in the phone. Hope LG will soon roll out the Android 10 update for us. Long story short, i love my V40 ThinQ.
