    So Far - So Good
I am a blink shy of a 70 yr. Senior, and this is the first smart phone I have ever used or purchased. Due to medical reasons I have not kept up with technology over the past 10-12 years. Each day I find something new and exciting about my LG8 ThinQ. It is intuitive and understandable; I am quite happy with my LG choice and would highly recommend this device to everyone. LG Promise customer service are great, and the two-year warranty is the cherry on top.

    Love this phone!
My husband and I bought our phones about 2 weeks ago and we love them! We had the LG G5 version for about 4 years and since we were so pleased with that version, we opted to go for the LG G8 thin. Best choice! The features are great - the improvements are optimal and the phone performs better than either of us anticipated. We're still discovering things that our phones can do and it is very easy to learn! Items are in very obvious places and you do not need to search forever to find what it ... read more is that you wish to do!

    Large Internal memory 128 GB
Love the fact that the internal memory is 128 GB, with micro SD card capability of 2 TB!! I would give 5*, but the Gallery is not able to be sorted A to Z. Just by date - Aargh! Love the larger screen size & brightness - able to read outside with sunglasses on. Also love the return of multiple home screen pics - can change for every page! Yay! Wish it came in prettier colors - but that's what covers are for! I also love that in Manual Camera mode it offers suggestions for better ... read more pics! It's also nice that when photos are downloaded, they automatically go to Gallery.

Good phone, unfortunately battery doesn't last.
I've had this phone for a year now and I can't complain about much..Other than the battery dying in about 18 hours without use...If I use it about 6-8 hours of use. That's really it, it sucks that the battery is so small especially when this is there top of the line phone where your paying $900+. Hopefully the v60 or whatever is after the v50 has a larger battery that can last with 15+ hours of use... C'mon LG! Don't let me down.. I've been a customer for years now.

    Yes. Finally.
I'm easily annoyed by everything when I get new tech. My last phone (Samsung S8) I wanted to throw into a river. The only phone I was ever 100% happy with was the HTC One, which unfortunately died soon after my purchase many years ago. I had the opportunity to get a new device while my S8 was still being paid off. I did a ton of research and went with the new LG. It's now been over 6 months and I'm comfortable saying I'm only buying LG products from here on out. It works. They haven't ... read more compromised the phone's performance by allowing partner companies to litter it with bloatware. No nannyware. No Bixby. The speakers work properly. The mic is excellent. The cameras are fantastic. It's the perfect size. It charges quickly and lasts forever. It's the perfect phone. Well done and thank you.

    love this phone.
I've had the V40 Thin Q for about 2 months. I find it lighter, smother, faster, loger bat life, more intuitive, better screen than my last phone(Samsung 9+). the only thing that it isnt as good or better is the speaker and sound quality. I use head phones or bluetooth speakers most of the time anyways. not to say it is bad but not as good as the samsung 9+. It doesnt seam to have abdative sound like the 9+. If you buy ths Phone you will not be disapointed the sound is the only reason i dint give ... read more it a 5 star. 4 is still good.

    Nice Phone
have only had it about 1 month now but so far I am impressed with many features on the phone. have not had a LG phone for many years but glad I got this one. I am still learning the features but one thing I can not figure out yet is why when I push the ring volume button the "do you want to use the volume keys for media" and the ring volume does not go up... Hopefully it is operator error and I just have to figure out what I need to do.

The least problematic phone I have owned.
My G7 has been rock solid for nearly two years now. Nothing has malfunctioned, and aside from the battery aging, it has performed flawlessly. The LG promise warranty will take care of that, which is a tremendous value add. The screen is clear, manual mode on the camera is fantastic, and I love the built in "boombox" speaker. This will not be my last LG phone.

    Overall a Great Durable Phone
I bought 3 of these V30 phones for my business. One of them has acted up starting the first 3-4 months. Verizon was able to figure out the issues for a while but in the 13th month the problematic phone started getting hot. We chose the LG because of the 2 year warranty, but we failed to note in the fine print it had to be registered with 90 days of purchase. So now its out of the 1 year warranty by less than a month and the 2nd year warranty never existed. When we called LG about this, they ... read more were no help at all.

    Best phone so far.
I have had LG Phones for many years now and this is the best one so far my last one was the LG V10 and I thought it was the best but this one is even better I just love the phone and all of its features especially the camera it takes crystal clear pictures and it is so easy to use. This phone is in my opinion is where the term smart phone should have started. LG makes the best phones and I will always stay with LG phones as they say why fix something if it is not broken. Great everyday phone and camera
I compared it to my friends iphone 10 and even he said there was almost no difference in quality of features or camera. The wide angle lens is great. Purchased new in box, V30+

    Great feel and quality
I have owned all LG phones dating back to the LG G2 and I recently up till yoday had the lovely LG v30. I decides to purchase the V35ThinQ as i was seeking the new features and interface. I most of all love the The OS and its reaponse but feel in love with the sound and Camera. I use my camera often for web use daily but as a father my photography with my daughter is a huge factor. The smoothness and fast sharp shooting of the V35 has amazed me and is top notch for LG to date. A+

I've had LG phones for the past 5 to 6 years. I had 2 lg stylo and my most recent device was the V20 that I've had for 4 years. I only bought a new device because my v20 completely died after glitching a lot the last 6 months. I knew before I went to the store that I wanted to get my hands on the v35. I'm so happy with my purchase and lg never disappoints
